The new Qt Design Studio also has a new way to switch between devices. Instead of being able to switch between the desktop and mobile versions of Qt Designer, you can now switch devices. This means that you can work on your project on a mobile device and when you are done you can switch to the desktop version of Qt Designer or vice versa.
Qt Designer is currently in a technical preview. These are usually released before the final version of Qt Designer. We also improved support for the new import/export formats. Design Studio supports all import and export formats that are supported by Qt Creator. In addition to that, you can import and export a number of new formats that allow you to import/export changes made with Live Edit. These formats support versioning and diffing. This means that you can easily switch between versions of your source files and preview the changes. It also makes it possible to open the projects in Qt Creator without having to install all of the changes.
If the user will download the Qt for MCUs 1.6 SDK he can import his project from Qt Creator 3.7.2 to the device via the Qt for MCUs 1.6 SDK. Qt Creator 3.7.2 comes with a Qt 5.12.1 and Qt Creator 3.7.2 still does not support the Qt for MCUs 1.6 SDK.
